Monthly plans exist from your second year on, as a renewal option. Year one is one upfront payment. And we print the real numbers side by side: the Full package upfront is $1,439.88 for the year, while a renewal year paid monthly totals $1,799.88. Monthly costs more over the year; you should know that before choosing it, not after.

If your US company is at least 25 percent foreign-owned and had reportable transactions, the IRS requires an information return: Form 5472 attached to a pro forma Form 1120. It is not a tax bill; it is disclosure. The penalty for not filing starts at $25,000, which is why the federal packages exist.

A mandatory survey from the Bureau of Economic Analysis when a foreign person forms or acquires a US business. It is due even if the BEA never contacts you, and civil penalties for skipping it reach five figures. Almost nobody has heard of it, which is exactly why our federal packages watch for it.

A single annual report filing has its own one-time price, shown on its service page, and you pay it again every time you order one. Basic is a subscription: we track the deadline, prepare the report from the state’s record, chase you for approval, file, and repeat every year. You are paying us to remember.

State fees are set by, and paid to, the state, so we pass them through at exactly what the state charges and take no cut of them. The package price above covers our work; where a package includes a state filing, pick your state on the Basic card to see the total for the year with that state's fee in it. Your full price, and its breakdown, is shown before you pay and again on the invoice. We charge no processing or handling fee of any kind.
