• Every figure carries the date we checked it. A deadline, a fee, a penalty: each is verified against the state’s own filing office, and the verification date sits next to it. Where we haven’t checked yet, we say so instead of guessing.
• You can always file yourself. Every state accepts filings directly from owners, and we say so on every page, often with the link. What you buy from us is the watching, the preparing, and the delivery.
• The renewal price is the price. No free-first-year teaser that springs a jump later. What you pay this year is what you pay next year, and we write to you 30 days before anything renews.
